2. Able to Invest ₱500,000 or More

To ensure a strong and sustainable partnership, we require that potential investors have the financial capacity to invest at least ₱500,000 in the project.
This amount represents one share in Taki Villas, giving you access to quarterly income and long-term asset appreciation.

3. Committed to Attend a Discovery Meeting

We value meaningful partnerships built on communication and shared vision.
To move forward, we ask that partners attend a discovery meeting where we will walk you through our business model, growth roadmap, and expected returns.
